My niece gave me a bottle because I had a new rescue cat who is a rotten jerk. So, I tried the sauce. Not overly hot for a habanero-based condiment, but I was surprised how well it complimented the food it was put on. I still like the simpler sauces, but Rotten Jerk is a must-have.
